I would like to hide and lock the cells that comprise subtotals in my data.
What is the easiest way to just display the subtotal rows and hide the rows that make up the subtotals and lock them so that the recipient can't open them? Thanks in advance for your assistance. |

I think I would convert those subtotals to values and delete the detail rows.
Then save that workbook with a new name. Then share that workbook that has the subtotals as values. SJT wrote: I would like to hide and lock the cells that comprise subtotals in my data.
