Default Highlighting Has Shifted on Rows

In a shared document, I highlighted multiple rows last night. Each color
designating a particular meaning. Today I opened the doc the highlights I
created have all shifted down. Can anyone thing of a particular reason this
would happen? We are using Excel XP here. This problem may have created many
hours of extra work if I cannot get it back to the way it was. any ideas?
