Default File always opening as read only

Hi,

I have a file which is stored on our company network.

Accessing the file from my machine gives me the option to open it as
read only. On another employee machine however, it doesn't give this option.

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix please?

You could try clearing the temp file on your machine, as described he
