How to setup "Automatic Calculation" as the default setting?

Default

Excel always opens in auto calc mode, but the calc mode setting in the first
workbook opened will change it to manual if that's how it is set. The first
workbook opened includes any that automatically open when Excel starts, like
Personal.xls if you have one. If you do, make sure that whenever you resave
it calc mode is auto at that time.
