Gridlines disappear when using "Fill"
When I format cells (fill) w/ color, my gridlines disappear.

Gridlines disappear when using "Fill"
That is the way Excel works. The fill color overlays the gridlines. Add
borders to the cells to make your own "gridlines" "Sherry" wrote in message ... When I format cells (fill) w/ color, my gridlines disappear. |

I thought there might be another way. I tried that but it's cumbersome with

Gridlines disappear when using "Fill"
You can create a toolbar that contains lots of border options.
Tools|Customize|toolbars tab|create a new toolbar Then on the Commands tab, select Format category Drag all the border icons you find to this new toolbar.
