Single Column select
Im having problems with my spreadsheet. I've never had this problem before.
I have A2:F2 merged. Normally if i want to delete a column or hide it i just right click on it and i can do it. Excel is now acting up and if i click on column D it highlights all A-F all the way down. What do i do? Does this have anything to do with the fact that our IT guy was installing some add-ins on my computer yesterday? THX |

This is the sort of problem you get if you merge cells. That's why most of
us would advise you to avoid doing so. -- David Biddulph "Daniel Q." wrote in message ... Im having problems with my spreadsheet. I've never had this problem before. I have A2:F2 merged. If you right click on the top of column (where the column's character is)
then you souldn't face to any problem -- Farhad Hodjat "Daniel Q." wrote: Im having problems with my spreadsheet. I've never had this problem before. I have A2:F2 merged. i have been clicking on the Column's character in this case "D" and that's
why i don't know why it would do that.
