Default FINDING DUPLICATE TEXT IN 2 COLUMNS!!!!!

I have 2 columns with text

A B
1 John Smith Lucas Douglas
2 Lucas Douglas Mary Moe
3 Mike Kim Susan Berry

I want to locate the cells with duplicate names on the 1st column (ie: A2)
so then I can SORT the ones that are duplicate and delete them.
Thank you so much for any help!!!
