Default Which function to use

What I am trying to do is look down Col A in Book1 that will have blank cells
for any matching data, them combine the text from the correspnding cells in
Col B and place it into another cell or book. Have figured out the combining
of text part on its own, its the dealing with the variable bit that I am
stuck on. As you can tell Iam a novice!!
