Default Problem entering amounts.

I am having a new problem entering amounts on an Excel Worksheet. Everytime
i try to enter 100 it comes out as 1 If I try to enter 20 then it comes out
as 0.2 I have format set to 2 decimal points as usual. I have tried
uninstalling Office 2003 and then reinstalling by the same problem occurs. I
think I must have changed something in the set up as the problem does not
occur if I send the same files through to my other computer. Please help as
I am no expert with this program :-(

Click on Tools Options Edit. If Fixed Decimal Places is
check-marked, click the check-mark to remove it and turn off the option.
