Color Pallette and Font
I appoligize if these are dumb questions.
If I make changes to my color pallette and save the workbook, then email it to someone does the color pallete I used stay with the workbook or doesnt it depend how the user has their pallette setup? As far as fonts go I think I know this one but here goes. If I use non-default windows font does the user need to also have that font installed?? Fonts dont stay with the worbook right? |
Color Pallette and Font
1) The color pallette stays with the workbook.
2) The NAME of the font stays with the workbook but when it tries to display/print and finds that the font is not installed on the foreign workstation, Excel will use what IT thinks is the closest approximation (but you may not agree :O).
