Select the cells you want to print.
From the menu, choose FilePrint AreaSet Print Area -- Kind regards, Niek Otten Microsoft MVP - Excel "DonClark53" wrote in message ... |I have 1 page to print but excel shows 29 pages 28 of them has notying on them |

It may be due to accidential incertion of space/s in one or more cell/s in
the 29th page. Go to Page View and select all the cell in page 29 and press the delete button to remove the spaces. "DonClark53" wrote: I have 1 page to print but excel shows 29 pages 28 of them has notying on them |

I have the same problem - even though I have followed Niek's suggestion
below, and set to fit to 1 landscape A4 page in page setup, my Excel (in Vista) is still printing every cell within the print area as a separate page - i.e. thousands per worksheet! I've been using the programme for years but never come across this before. If anyone has any ideas would be extremely grateful. Edward "Niek Otten" wrote: Select the cells you want to print.
