Default 2-dimensional lookup

Assume the master list id in the range A2:C26.

The data list is in the range E2:F8

Enter this formula as an array in G2 using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER):

=INDEX(C$2:C$26,MATCH(1,(A$2:A$26=F2)*(B$2:B$26=E2 ),0))

Copy down as needed.
