Best way to forecast individual sales territories?
I have a spreadsheet with twelve months of sales data per territory (100
territories.) I need to forecast the next three months. The product being sold is just moving from launch phase to high growth phase, so it's still growing pretty quickly. What is the best method to forecast each individual territories' sales over the next three months? |
