Default How do I get the Stop Recording toolbar to show on the worksheet?

When I was done recording an Excel macro, I clicked on the close toolbar X in
the upper right corner of the toolbar instead of clicking on the Stop
Recording button. The toolbar disappeared. The Stop Recording toolbar no
longer automatically shows on the worksheet while I am recording a macro.
How can I get back?

Start recording another macro. Then go to View | Toolbars and select Stop
Recording. If you hit the stop button, then from now on it will pop up
automatically when you begin recording.
