Default Technical Refresh

Is it a known issue that when TR is implemented that Norton has to have
Office plug in de-activated to stop the error message coming up that the file
has a virus or needs the latest definitions or software updates?

There seems a lot of messages pointing to this. I would think it temporary
while Norton catches up, but it's certainly logged
