That is correct
=0/0 will produce an error.

Of course you do! Divide by zero is undefined no matter what it
is working on.

That's correct. You can't divide by zero. If it is a formula, then you can
add an IF statement to the beginning.

ex.
=IF(B1=0, "",A1/B1)
