Hi Everyone,
I have Excel 2000 and I want to make it were I can hide a sheet and password protect it so when someone else tries to unhide the sheet it will prompt them for the password before it unhides. I have looked at the protection options and I couldn't find it. Thanks Mascot |

Excel does not have the feature you want. The best you can do is hide the
sheet and then set workbook protection using Tools, Protection, Protect Workbook. A user would have to unprotect the workbook before he could even open the Unhide sheet dialog. -- Jim "Mascot" wrote in message ... | Hi Everyone, | | I have Excel 2000 and I want to make it were I can hide a sheet and password | protect it so when someone else tries to unhide the sheet it will prompt them | for the password before it unhides.
