Default Cursor Copy Paste

I have an existing spreadsheet that I have been using for months. All of a
sudden I have lost the cursor copy function allowing my to copy formulas by
dragging from one cell to another. Any suggestions?

Default Cursor Copy Paste

Click TOOLS in the menu and selection OPTIONS. In the dialog box, click the
EDIT tab and under SETTINGS, see if ALLOW CELL DRAG AND DROP is missing a
check mark.
