go to bottom of sheet
put xxxxxx (or whatever) in A cell click col A, SELECTS WHOLE COLUMN f5 SPECIAL BLANKS CLICK EDIT DELETE ENTIRE ROWS ENTER THAT SHOULD DO IT then dekete xxxxxx u have 1 more row than the data list -- JOHNW "Saxman" wrote: If there are a number of lines on a worksheet that are blank, can they be deleted in one operation? TIA |
