I have a network folder that my users are opening a single original XL
workbook & then saving their changes as a seperate document in the same folder. Over the past couple of weeks the folder is being populated with many files that are actual modified versions of the original workbook, but they are not saved either with any logical naming convention (i.e. it looks like an 8 digit hex number), nor any file extension at all. There are roughly 200 of these files in this folder in a two week period. Any ideas? |
