Default how do i maintain same figure with formula link to another file

if i create a formula linked to another file and i need to save this to
another folder and deleting the original source where i link the file is
there a way that i can maintain the same figure and won't affect it
eventhough the file that link originally was gone?

How about CopyPaste SpecialValuesOKEsc before saving to the other folder?
