Autofilter dropdown box doesn't show all the choices in the colum
I have Autofilter turned on in Excel, but the dropdown box does not show all
the options that are listed in the column. For example, in that column i have 3 names listed... Elizabeth, Jason, and Fred. But the dropdown box on the Autofilter only shows Elizabeth as a choice (alongwith All and Custom). How can i filter by the names that are not listed... Jason or Fred? |

You will have to select the whole range and reapply the filter. Sometimes,
if you just do the AutoFilter without selecting the whole range, Excel does not pick up all the records.
