Default row of $ numbers don't crossfoot

a list of employee pay is being multiplied by the medicaid, ss and disability
rates to end with a net pay assuming no fed or state withholding. the
formula for the net is the gross less the three calculated tax results. the
result net pay is off by a penny in several cases probably due to rounding in
the formula but i can't figure out how to resolve.

In Superman 3, Richard Pryor resolved this by pocketing the difference and
becoming an evil genius... but that did not work out well in the end.

I would use the Round() function
