Depends a little on how many days you want the calendar to cover, but you can
take a basic 1-week setup and just repeat some parts of it on down the sheet to get multiple weeks: A B C D E F G H 1 Sun Mon Tue Wed Th Fri Sat 2 Date 25 26 27 28 29 30 1 3 Bkfst org org org 4 Lunch org org org 5 Supper org org org 6 Would be one way to set it up - typing the name of the 'org' into the cells at the intersection of day and meal of the day meet. You could extend this on down the sheet for more weeks by copying rows 2-5 beginning at either row 6 or 7 for more weeks. beginning at row 7 would give you some white space between the weeks. Resize the rows/columns to hold the information neatly and you're done. Nothing fancy here like automatically calculating dates or anything, just basic functional 3-meals a day calendar setup. Hope it helps keep you organized, and the family fed! "Helper1" wrote: My office has an employee in the hospital .
