If you select all the workbooks by clicking on the first sheet and then
Shift+Click on the last sheet it will group the worksheets. You can then
type or paste your heading and formulas, format the worksheet and type all
your constants and the changes occur in all selected workbooks.

To ungroup you can either click on an unselected tab, or right click on any
selected tab and select Ungroup.
