We have a excel file that charges out our services. Up to 4 people can use
this file and we are making changes weekly, adding new customers, changing addresses etc. We would like to have an icon on our desktop that points to the folder on our server this file resides and get the most updated copy each time we use. Is this possible? Now, were are going to the file and short cut to our desktop each time we know of someone making changes. |
