Default How can you access Data Analysis Plus for MS Excel?

I am wondering how to download or to find Data Analysis Plus for Excel. It
has the options to do a Stem and Leaf plot and a Box Plot in the Analysis
options. I teach a statistics class, and the text says that this should be
under the tools menu, but many of my students cannot access this option.
Does anyone know why, or how they can get the upgrade? Also there is no
information regarding this tool in help or online anywhere.

Thanks for your help!

Analysis Plus is not a native Excel add-in.

The Analysis Toolpak found under ToolsAdd-ins is what Excel offers.

From a posting by Mike Middleton...............................

Data Analysis Plus" is an add-in for Excel that has some features beyond
those included in Excel's Analysis ToolPak.

"Data Analysis Plus" is distributed on the CD included with some textbooks.

For example, the book Statistics for Management and Economics (6th edition)
by Keller and Warrack includes "Data Analysis Plus."

I am not aware of a web site where you can download the software.

Thanks for your help. My students were emailing me saying that they could
not find it in the tools menu, however I had it in my own version of Excel.
I attributed it to them not having an updated version of Excel, however, I
checked the CD per your suggestion, and realized that it did in fact come
with the CD from the text. Thank you again!

You can also use Megastat which can be downloaded from the internet.
MegaStat will give you the same functionality as Data Analysys Plus.
