When I type Mar 02, the formual bar show 3/1/2006. When I type Jan 04, the
formula bar shows 1/1/2006. However, if I include a DAY, as in Mar 24, 2002, it shows in the cell as Mar-02, and in the formula bar as 3/24/2002. So, I guess you cannot type a month and year without including a day???? Even when I type 2003 or 2004, they come in as 2006. What is causing this problem? What are you typing when you try to enter a date? --ron I assume you are typing the above into a cell. After you do that, what shows in the Formula Bar? --ron |
