Default How To Beam Excel 2003 file to Windows Mobile Excel 5.0 (pda)

I want to copy certain Excel 2003 spreadsheets from my laptop to my PocketPC
pda
which is on WindowsMobile 5.0. A "beam" function exists on the
WindowsMobile 5.0 but I do not see a comparable function in Excel 2003. The
Excel 2003 is loaded in a notebook with an infrared port. Really, all I want
to do is create the spreadsheet on the notebook, then copy it to the pda,
using the easiest method. What do you think?
Thank you.
