I would like to be able to hover over a cell and have a value show up from a
cell that is somehow linked to it, much like the way you can hover over a
variable in VBA and see it's value. Is there a way to do that?


I already have conditional formatting using the values I would like
displayed to turn the cells colors, but I would like to see the actual value.
