Default drop down list variable

I have a list of information in contained in A1:R500. Some rows are blank.
Each row contains the date the job was scheduled. Cell T1 contains the
current date. What I need to do is examine the data and extract only the
rows that fall within a 14 day period prior to this date. Then create a drop
down list based on the result.
Thanks for the help,
Steve

Some rows are COMPLETELY blank. if a row is missing a date, there is no
other info in that row. The rows that contain a date in the 14 day range
will need to appear on the drop down list.
