All of a sudden my tab key stopped working properly. I used to be able to
tab from cell to cell now when I use the tab key, it jumps about 10-15 cells at a time. How do I correct this |

You correct it by going to ToolsOptionsTransition and unchecking "transition
navigation keys". I would also uncheck all transition settings at the same time.
