Default Forms/ Check Box

Is there a formula that will calculate the number of check boxes that have
checks in them?

Default Forms/ Check Box

How about assigning a linked cell to each of the checkboxes.

If you put them in a dedicated column, you could use:

=countif(x:x,true)
