Default Add to Favorite in Office 2003

I have recently upgrated to office 2003. The favorite folder is missing
in the file open menu. I can get this back by navigating to the
favorite folder and going to the tools and "Add to My Places". However,
there used to be an option under tools called "Add to My favorite" in
office 2002. This is now also missing. Does anybody know whether I can
get this back?

Click Helptype customize your toolbars and menus in search box. This takes
you to MS training that tells you how.

I can't seem to find the bit in the training you are refering to. The
option I am talking about is within the Open dialog box when you go to
"File" and then select "Open". In the dialog box there is a "Tools"
menu at the top. There used to be a "Add to favorite" within this menu.
This doesn't seem to be a menu you can customise within Excel.

Please advise.
