When I use the keyboard arrows, the entire spreadsheet shifts. I want the
active cursor to shift. It used to work this way, hopefully this is not a new "feature". |

Check your "Scroll Lock" key.

If you have a wireless keyboard by Microsoft, make sure the "F Lock" key is
