Default How do I make it so that the active cell follows the cursor keys?

When I use the keyboard arrows, the entire spreadsheet shifts. I want the
active cursor to shift. It used to work this way, hopefully this is not a
new "feature".

Check your "Scroll Lock" key.

It's probably toggled on.

If you have a wireless keyboard by Microsoft, make sure the "F Lock" key is
activated, then as stated before, turn the scroll lock button off
