Default USING VLOOKUP AND HLOOKUP

I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SET A FORMUAL TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
B1=3,B2=21,B3=16
i WANT TO TAKE THESE RESULTS FROM A LIST TO PRINT THE RESULTS.
THE LIST IS LIKE:
15 16 17 18
3 20 $10 $20 $30 $40
3 21 $15 $25 $35 $45
3 22 $16 $17 $18 $19
i WANT TO BE ABLE TO FIND 3 , 21 , 16 AND PRINT THE RESULT.
THE EXAMPLE THE RESULT IS $25

Default USING VLOOKUP AND HLOOKUP

Say your datalist was in C1 to H4.
C1 and D1 are empty, as in your example.

Try this:

=SUMPRODUCT((C2:C4=B1)*(D2:D4=B2)*(E1:H1=B3)*E2:H4 )
