Default if function in excel should 12 loops

if function in excel shoulf hold upto 12 loops insteady of present 7, to be
more usefulf for accountants.

Default if function in excel should 12 loops

Excel 2007 will support 64 levels of nesting. I don't
fancy the the prospect of debugging one of those..
