Default Problem with Table Formatting

I have a table that I selected columns A through J, I clicked on Format as
Table. I applied a format. I realized when i did that, it formated everyrow
in my table, even those without data. My sheet is very slow now. I cannot
figure out how to access the formatting formula to change to just a series of
rows instead of ALL the rows. Anyone have any ideas?
