Default Hidden Columns and Row Headings

Does anyone know how I can unhide columns and row headings. E.g. I can't see
the
headings

Default Hidden Columns and Row Headings

It's a sheet specific setting ..
Just click Tools Options View tab
Check "Row and column headers" OK

Format, Column, Unhide should do it

Believe the OP was referring to the column & row headers <g. The word
"header" was emphasized no less than 3 times in the post (subject line
inclusive).
