Default Calendars

I'm trying to export my Outlook calendar into Excel so that it can be shared
and updated by others. Outlook does not allow me to colr code the calendar
in others colors need so Excel is the next best choice I think. Any
suggestions/help?

Default Calendars

With Outlook open go to FileImport/ExportExport to a file.

Pick MS Excel and just follow your nose to the Outlook Calendar and the "Map
Fields" to tell Outlook what to include in the export.
