Default Renaming Column Headings

One of my users have managed to change the column headings from A B C D etc
to 1 2 3 4. Now they can not remember what they did to change them. I've
looked through teh help and on Google, but found very little. Any ideas?

If you want to email a reply, could you send it to
, remembering, of course to remove
TROUSERS first!

Thanks for you help in advance!

you're welcome and thanks for the feedback - oh, just a note - in my
experience, most of them don't stay happy for long! :)
