Default pasting links and formats

Hi,
When we do "paste special" -"Paste link",only the content gets copied and
the format of the source cell is not copied. Is there a way to automatically
copy the format along with the contents.
I want to do "paste link" and also "paste format" in one shot.

I do not want to use paste special -format option each time as there are
close to 40 to 50 links which I have to copy. Also the format in the source
files keeps on changing.

Thanks in advance

Prakash

Hi there,

when you do a "normal" copy - paste (Strg+C then Strg+V) you copy
everything: content, formula, format.

Good luck

Hi Udo,
Whenever there is a change in format/contents in the source cell , the
destination cell also should get changed.
If we provide a hyperlink the contents gets reflected in the destination
cell. However, the format in the source cell doesn't get reflected.

Copy and paste can be done only once & if there is a change in the source
cell we have to do it once more. For this reason, I would like to provide a
hyperlink.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
J.Prakash
