Default restrict changes to worksheet

I have two worksheets. The first one is used as a
report. The second Worksheet is where I paste my data,
and link the cells to the first worksheet. The data in
the cells on the second worksheet change daily. I have
had a problem with the formulas somehow getting changed.
Is there someway I can prevent the formulas from being
changed?

You can protect your worksheet. This will not allow any changes to the cells
unless you turn the protection off.

To do this, click on sheet 1 and under your menu go to Protection - Protect
Worksheet.
