Default Error on close

Everytime i close Excel 2007 the ERT pops up, giving me the option to report
this specific error and restart the program.

Does anybody else experience the same problem or is there any solution?

You could always get Windows to stop Error Reporting...

Yeah,

but that would only stop me being notified, the problem would be the same.
