Default Custom view for one workbook

I have created a workbook to track the performance measures for several
departments. It will be in a network folder for any number of employees to
review. I would like to set a custom view to turn off the sheet tabs,
formula bar, tool bars and just display the report (hyperlinks navigate the
user thru the workbook). My problem is when I turn off the above it affects
all my workbooks. How can I restrict it to this workbook only?
