Not unless you have a backup or earlier version!

Too late now (!) but Excel has an option to automaticaly create a backup of
a file:

File==Save as ..Tools==General Options==Always create backup

You may want to think about investing in a program like:

http://www.undelete.com
It runs about $30 for the home user.
http://www.diskeeper.com/diskeeper/h...rnfj3kn4lo5nvd

(I just started using it and I can see how useful it can/will be.)
