Default Conditional copy

I need to copy several rows of material from an data table to a different
part of the worksheet ( or a different worksheet) if a condition is met in
one of the cells of the rows. There will be more that one row that meets the
condition.

It is easy to do this manually using data filter but I can't figure out how
to set up a formula or a function that will update my copied information as
new rows are added to the data table.
