Default Random dotted line


I've got random dotted lines in all of my worksheets in a document!?
They all start at a column border and end at another column border....i
dont get it- what r they?

are they from col A to col IJ or just a few columns...

Default Random dotted line


In one sheet, they stretch from the end of column f to the end of n-
they are vertical columns btw. Therefore- there's one which drops all
the way down from F, one from N and then one from W- they're therefore
not consistent. Also, there are rhorizontal ones too....one from the
bottom of 52, one from the bottom of 106 and so on...i cant seem to
understand what they are!! ill send u a screenshot if u need..

Hi,

it sholud be the print area marker, go to File | Page Setup and set the
print to one page width for one page height

such lines appear when you look Print Preview of any sheet.
and one box of such lines usually cover area from A1:J50 (more or
less)
close the file and reopen it these will disappear (if they are really
because of Print Preview)

It sounds like your are in Print Preview

Go to View Normal

Do that do the trick?

the screenshot is attached of one of the sheets- quality of pic is bad
because of filesize upload limits :(

these line may not consistant because you may have different width for
different columns and rows.
