As soon as I open Excel and click into the first cell, the program will not
release the cell. It will not even let me access the Menus above. Is this a software issue? I believe there is a quick keyboard sequence fix but I dont know what it is and can not find the information anywhere (including MS Excel TroubleShoot KnowledgeBase) |

Do you see EXT in the statusbar (bottom right corner)?
If yes, hit the F8 key to toggle this off. Have you tried a different mouse or mouse driver?
